Originally from South Australia’s Riverland & Mallee, Mr & Mrs Smith’s 30 year musical collaboration has taken them to over 110 different countries – from Idealic tropical island resorts to Huge international cruise ships, Pumping nightclubs in Dubai to exclusive sailing yachts in the Mediterranean & Tahiti and everywhere in between!

Although most of their performances these days involve big theatre stages complete with large backing orchestras and huge lighting rigs – Simone & Colin always relish any opportunity to get back to their roots making music together in an intimate setting, drawing from their extensive experience in almost every genre (Jazz / Country / Rock / Gypsy / Irish and anything else they can think of!).

An afternoon of cool up tempo jazz swing and contemporary music played in the great atmosphere of the TeAro Estate Courtyard by solo artist Les Millar, providing male vocals and playing a combination of double bass and acoustic guitar.

From contemporary jazz, old well known classics, through to newer contemporary songs with a now flavour, Les covers a wide range of music with flair.

Since the early 70s Les has been a professional musician travelling the world, crafting his art, which encompasses, playing, singing, composing and teaching.

He offers a hand-picked range of easy listening music well suited to a glass of red and some fine Williamstown hospitality.

Class description:	The Indian or South Asian continent from Pakistan through to Sri Lanka and all points between is Nirvana for vegetarians with an amazing diversity of cooking styles. The fact that most of this regions population eat a predominantly vegetarian diet has ensured a wealth of delicious vegetable and non meat based dishes. Oothapam, these are large crumpet like rice and lentil pancakes topped with onion, tomato, coriander and green chili and served with Thengai Chutney made from grated fresh coconut.Dal Dhuaan a smoked mung bean dal from the central Holy city of Varanassi.Masale Bhaat a delicious aromatic vegetable and nut pilaf. The Wascals is a four piece trio which has been banished to The Barossa Valley due to restraining orders in force in other parts of the country.

The perpetrators are Darren Wotton Vocals & Guitar

James Wood-The Double Bass

Ron Vanderzwan-The Drums

The music emanating from this quadraphonic triptych is an interesting blend of blues, jazz, merlot, funk, folk, cabernet, country, reggae, chardonnay, rock, and the occasional boutique beer polka.

The upcoming TeAro gig on the 7^th June 2015 is expected to be a career highlight for The Wascals as it is anticipated that there will be an audience!

So come along and settle in with the Wascals and the Sweet Petite, Minnie & Elsa and watch the Two Charlies with the Jokers Grin as they try to Pump Jack with an Iron Fist through the Charred Door like a Charging Bull at the Barefooter ball.
