Maximilians Restaurant is an iconic, long established Adelaide Hills, offering a quintessential Hills experience with vineyard and country vistas. We were recently nominated for Best Regional Restaurant (Advertiser Food Awards) and awarded 2 knives & Forks.
Sidewood Estate (largest single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills) have also just completed their brand new Cellar Door at the premises. Sidewood were the most successful exhibitor at the 2013 Adelaide Hills Wine Show where they took the trophies for best Sav. Blanc & Shiraz.
Along with the fantastic regional food & wine experience, we offer unique family friendly activities including the amazing Sidewood Golf Challenge with a $2,000 Hole-in-One prize hitting towards the only floating golf green in South Australia immediately out the front of the Cellar Door. Other activities include bocce, croquet in a relaxed family friendly and casual dining environment.
