The aim at the Schwarz Wine Company is simple; to produce small-batch, boutique wines that capture the dirt and the vintage they come from.
Jason Schwarz grew up surrounded by vines at his parents property in Bethany, just down the road from where he makes his wine, and to this day his parents vineyards provide the backbone of the Schwarz Wine Company products.
I hope my wines speak to you in the glass and tell the story of my life in the Barossa, Jason says. My winemaking style is purposely low intervention, I like the fruit to speak for itself.
