Naracoorte is worth a lengthy stop, with a picturesque town centre, full of history great dining and the full array of services.

Spread your wings and head out on an enchanting journey around the greater region showing off fantastic experiences, such as Bool Lagoon, the Naracoorte Caves, the township of Frances and the wine regions of Wrattonbully and Padthaway.

We have created two daytrip journeys for you, to help you explore.

The Northern drive (marked in red) takes you passed some of our premium natural, historic and cultural assets, including Mullinger Swap, Cockatoo Lake and the Pathaway Conservation Park. You will also visit the picturesque townships of Frances and Padthaway, home of Henry’s Driveand Farmer’s Leap wines – offering some of the region’s best reds.

The Southern drive ( marked in green) takes you to Naracoorte Caves and Bool Lagoon via the scenic route through theWrattonbully Wine Region.

There is also a Naracoorte township walking tour (marked in orange), showcasing the town’s highlights including the Sheep’s Back and Limestone Landscapes exhibition, the Swimming Lakeand Mini-Jumbuk.
